We offer owner's representation for clients who have projects outside of our direct GC service area or who are in need of a trusted partner to help see their project through or guide early decision making. As an owner's rep, we work for our clients to help them review early-stage needs, such as project feasibility, budget constraints, design development, contract negotiations, and contractor selection. As the project moves forward, we establish ourselves as a knowledgeable client representative who will oversee budget management, schedule progress, approvals, quality assurance and control, and construction documentation.
